Get out the vote vs. make up the vote

Thousands of new-voter cards in Ohio undeliverable (via href="">Drudge)

Well, it's no quite as tacky as buying votes with crack, but more harmful in that somebody is disenfranchising thousands of voters by cancelling out their votes with the votes of non-existent people. The usual suspects, no doubt, and they will no doubt show up after the election with their lawyer SWAT teams to litigate that "every vote be counted" i.e. including those cast by thousands who don't exist.

Get out the vote? If this is what they mean by it, they should just get out.
